The Challenge
Walmart Canada wanted to drive online orders and in-store pickup among both new and existing Walmart Canada customers. They knew a key part of this strategy would be targeting new and existing customers using their digital channels.
How we helped
- Brainlabs provides Walmart Canada with multiple platforms within the GMP stack
- Using GA360 as a centre for creating high propensity audiences and piping these into activation platforms, including DV360 and SA360 was determined to provide cross channel alignment. It would also allow us to use GA360 audience analysis and modelling to hone in the most effective approaches.
- Using custom reports to find existing high propensity audiences for the collect in store service as well as similar audiences built from existing service user audience lists allowed us to significantly improve both return and update of the collection service.
