The Challenge
With 74 markets, 168 accounts and 4 different engine types (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Japan and Yandex) and a long history of using Kenshoo for everything from data uploads and bidding to reporting the challenge for Skyscanner was clear. How do we move quickly, efficiently and replicate functionalities relied on in Kenshoo whilst minimising performance impact.

Brainlabs thoroughly reviewed the current usage of Kenshoo and mapped the accounts to be moved to construct a training and transition plan.
We agreed to move at speed, creating an MVP then iterating into the future to maximise immediate workflow and performance gains for Skyscanner.
